Road Construction

Road construction has started on Carroll Road between Bethel Road and Lima/SR 3 and will continue through most of the summer. As we know more about the closures and how to best navigate to events at the Allen County Fairgrounds, we will update this page.

**Detours**

Carroll Road WEST (SR 3 to Bethel Rd) will be closed 6/13 to 8/7 per Town of Huntertown

Follow the detours via Hathaway and Dupont Roads to access the Allen County Fairgrounds from Lima/SR3, going around the barricades as needed. This is considered a soft closure and you might need to wait for construction vehicles but there IS ACCESS to the Allen County Fairgrounds.
