Membership

We invite you to become a member of the
Allen County Fairgrounds.

Your yearly membership allows the Fairgrounds to function and gives you a voice. You are also encouraged to volunteer or sit on one of our many committees—from Buildings and Grounds to Fundraising. We need you!

What you receive for your membership:

  • Voting Rights

  • (1) Invitation to the Annual Dinner

  • Facility rental discounts

  • (1) Pass to any pull strip event during the Fair

  • (6) 1- day passes, Allen County Fair (pick up the week of June 10- 14, 2024)

Invitation to the Annual Dinner:

Please be our guest on February 13th, 2024 for the Annual Dinner & Meeting at the Administration Building. 

  • Dinner begins at 6:15 pm 

  • Annual Meeting to follow at 7 pm 

  • Fair recap & election of directors 

  • Snow date: 2/20/2024 

The yearly membership fee is $50.00 or $40.00 for those 65 and older.

Important Dates & Information:

  • Memberships are in effect from January 1st to December 31st and can be purchased at any time.

  • Memberships must be paid and received by January 9th, 2024 in order to secure voting rights at the 2024 Annual Meeting.

  • All memberships are non-refundable and are considered tax-deductible donations.

  • The Fairgrounds is not responsible for any lost or stolen passes and no replacement passes will be issued.
